CIC appoints new chair

CIC appoints new Chair.

The Construction Industry Council (CIC) has appointed Justin Sullivan as its new Chair. Sullivan succeeds Stephen Hodder MBE in this role for a two-year term of office, while Hodder becomes Deputy Chair for a year, in accordance with CIC’s rules and bylaws. Sullivan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and founded his company, Adair, in 1994. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Chair of the International Construction Measurement Standards Coalition (ICMS) and a Fellow of the Expert Witness Institute.
