A reminder that, as per the CABE Code of Professional Conduct, CABE members are required to notify the Association within 14 days if any of the following circumstances are impacting them or the business they operate:

  • convicted of a criminal offence

  • sanctioned by another professional institute/association

  • received an adverse civil court judgment (CCJ)

  • become insolvent (eg bankruptcy, administration, liquidation, etc); or

  • disqualified from being a Company Director or Charity Trustee.
