A breath of fresh air
The quality of the air we breathe is vital to our wellbeing. People spend up to 90% of their time indoors, so the quality of the air inside our buildings is fundamental to our health; in fact, there is a growing body of research which shows that improving indoor air quality significantly boosts the cognitive functions, productivity and overall health of building occupants. The key to good air quality in the workplace and home is ventilation.
