London most at risk of flooding and heat risks, research shows

Research by AXA UK has highlighted the areas of England most vulnerable to climate risks posed by extreme weather, with London top for both flooding and heat, Sheffield residents at high risk of flooding and Bristol and Birmingham homes vulnerable to heat.

These climate risks may pose challenges to the government’s target of building 1.5 million homes before the next parliament.
