Royal Academy of Engineering opens nominations for 2025 awards
As 2024 rolls towards winter, two of the Royal Academy of Engineering’s most esteemed awards have been opened for nominations for next year.
The Major Project Award for Sustainability 2025 “recognises a team that has played a critical role in an engineering project that has had a major impact on society and sustainability”, according to the Royal Academy of Engineering’s website. The Princess Royal Silver Medal is an individual honour bestowed upon an engineer with less than 22 years in full-time employment, recognised as making “an outstanding and demonstrated personal contribution to UK engineering which results in successful market exploitation”.
The Academy is passionate about rewarding talent and achievements throughout the engineering sector; see its Programmes and Prizes page online for more information on how to nominate a candidate, and on previous winners of all their accolades.
