Scottish consultation

The Scottish government has launched a consultation into the initial proposals for the Heat and Energy Efficiency Technical Suitability Assessment (HEETSA).

HEETSA is a government-authorised approved process (beyond the Energy Performance Certificate) for conducting bespoke assessments of buildings. It would be used to establish which energy efficiency and heat measures would be technically appropriate for individual buildings. The consultation runs until 29 August.
