Wates Group’s Projects Manager Glyn Williams has won Site Manager of the Year at the annual Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Excellence Awards.
Williams, who has worked in construction for 40 years, mostly on commercial projects, was recognised for his continuing work on an affordable housing development in Mostyn on the North Wales coast.
The award celebrates the skill and commitment it takes to deliver quality in construction. LABC Warranty works in partnership with LABC, providing structural warranties and building control for new build and newly converted buildings across England and Wales through a combined network of more than 3,500 surveyors.
