BSR has published further information for Accountable Persons/Principal Accountable Persons in England on what they must do to comply with S.89 of the Building Safety Act 2022 and how to apply for a Building Assessment Certificate (BAC). This includes what information they need to submit: the resident engagement strategy, information about the mandatory occurrence reporting system and the safety case report.
