CABE’s Hong Kong Chapter enjoyed its latest CPD opportunity on 27 May – an evening seminar called The Internet of Things (IoT) and its Application on Building Automation Systems (BAS).
David Ng, Chief Technology Officer of FireAlert Limited, was the event speaker and he gave members a live demonstration on two new technologies for building and construction – LifeOnline Smart Watch and Smart Facility Management Platform (4S version). Participants were able to learn about key IoT developments such as optimising energy use, improving indoor air quality and enhancing fire safety and security.
