The Construction Industry Council (CIC) has unveiled its new Corporate Plan for 2025-2030, which reflects its ambition to be the voice for construction professionals, shaping a resilient and future-ready industry.

The five-year plan outlines the CIC’s commitment to leading change across the four strategic pillars of agility; influencing and advocacy; collaboration on key policy areas; and effective consultation and communication.

The plan will be underpinned by annual business plans and guided by transparent governance and measurable outcomes.

Graham Watts OBE, CEO of CIC, said: “CIC has championed the built environment professions for over 35 years, and this plan continues that legacy with a clear, forward-looking strategy.”
