New training course
May sees CABE launch a new, in-person training course for anyone involved in the procurement, design, construction or management of building work, in any type of building.
The Building Safety Act Course has been developed to demystify the most significant piece of built environment legislation since the introduction of the Building Act in 1984. The session will navigate attendees through the Act and its supporting legislation, explaining measures applicable to all building work and how the Act is intended to avoid safety failures in future.
Open to CABE members and non-members, this one-day course at CABE HQ will count for six hours of CPD. Sessions have a limited number of places, so more dates will be added for anyone who cannot attend the inaugural session on 26 May.
