This consultation (stage 2B) is the final stage of a three-part consultation about proposed changes to the Building Regulations.
It sets out the Welsh Government’s plans to improve the energy efficiency and ventilation requirements for new and existing non-domestic buildings as well as its targets for mitigating overheating in residential buildings.
