For CABE, the year has been one of a progressive return to more normal activities following the Covid-19 pandemic, continuing our strategic development through the formal adoption of an updated strategy which sets our objectives through to 2025 our centenary year.

On 14 September, the CABE Southern Region held its third buildeng Conference of 2022 in Winchester.

This award recognises those who have demonstrated academic excellence during their final year of their CABE-accredited course.

We're delighted to present the Association's most prestigious award, the Peter Stone Award, to a Chartered Engineer who has been an incredible asset to the Association: Michael Mann.

Nominated by Whitecode Consulting in recognition of his outstanding performance in the past 12 months, this apprentice has stood out as "a superstar" for his work co-ordinating the building services across four sites as part of the London Borough of Houslow infill sites programme.
