Registration for Built Environment LIVE is open

New for 2023 as part of the CABE Built Environment Series, Built Environment LIVE, sponsored by Adexon, is coming to London’s ExCeL on 5-6 December. Co-locating with CIBSE’s Build2Perform, CABE is delighted to be collaborating to create Building Performance Week.

Join CABE and CIBSE for a FREE two-day technical symposium and trade exhibition, combining construction specialists and key leadership speakers from across building safety, building regulatory and specialist professions. With the theme of ‘Performance, Compliance and Safety’, LIVE will reflect the rapidly-changing expectations by which building engineers design and maintain buildings.

Built Environment LIVE will bring the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) to the stage to discuss the development of the body, the changes it will bring and the effects that this will have on the built environment in an opening keynote address. An extensive hour-long BSR-dedicated Q&A session will follow with a panel of officials, where you can ask questions and get the answers you need.

A plethora of other speakers from across the sector will join the programme, including:

• Jon Vanstone (1), Chair of the Interim Competence Committee
• Hilary Grayson (2), Director of Surveying, SAVA
• Leon Livermore (3), Chief Executive Officer, New Homes Quality Board
• Jade Lewis, Chief Executive Officer, Sustainable Energy Association; and
• Peter Rankin, Head of Energy and Environmental Standards, GB Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

These high-level speakers will contribute to the programme by providing technical and quality content to the audience.
